3. Free and Pro Tiers

• Free Tier: Limited to 3 predictions per day (5 if signed in with Google).
• Pro Tier: One-time payment of $9.9 for unlimited predictions throughout the World Cup 2026 tournament.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy.
• Pro access is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable once the license key has been activated.
• If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us for assistance.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to access the service excessively
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Share or resell your Pro license key
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

6. Disclaimer

KickIQ predictions are for entertainment only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of predictions. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

KickIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any losses from reliance on predictions.
