We offer refunds for KickIQ Pro purchases under the following conditions:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of purchase
  • You have not used the Pro features extensively (fewer than 10 predictions made)
  • The license key has not been shared or distributed

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • You have made significant use of Pro features (10+ predictions)
  • The license key has been activated and used
  • You violate our Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@kickiq.org with:

  • Your purchase email address
  • Order ID or license key
  • Reason for refund request

We will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you of the decision.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.
